wandering the greenwood

 Today has been something of a small adventure. I was glad early this afternoon to finally be ready to make a livejournal account! only to realise that it is all apparently Russian now? thus subject to intensely homophobic censorship laws.  I am pleased, however that I remembered dreamwidth in time to save the night!

Honestly, this weekend has been Really Something. Usually, watching two exceptional films and deciding to cut all of my hair off would be something in itself but on saturday I managed to lose my phone. It is not the end of the world (I evidently have access to the internet in other capacities although those are considerably more limited) but I am a millennial so it is something. I suspect this will be good for my studies, however I do dearly miss my international friends, who I am used to texting on an hourly daily basis.
